How to Recruit People in Clash of Clans?

When you create a new clan in Clash of Clans, recruiting players to join your clan can be a daunting task. It is easier to recruit for a clan that is already established. A clan that has participated and won some wars and has been able to level up. It’s harder when you’re starting out on a fresh slate. Here are some tips on how to recruit people in Clash of Clans:

How to recruit people in Clash of Clans effectively

It helps to have a high-level account when recruiting players as a lot of newer players want to learn how to play the game better and will join your clan in the hopes that you will teach them how. Guiding new players and being a leader is an important part in making your clan an established one.

Send messages in the Global chat to get new members for your clan. This can be done by tapping on the orange button with an arrow on the left side of the screen. Then, tap on the “Global tab”.

A well-crafted message

You can type a message by tapping on the white bar at the bottom of the chat window. Simply typing “Join” or “Join my clan” is not effective. You should create a message with your clan name, level, and perks the players will get for joining your clan. Here is a sample: “CENTUM HADES LEVEL 15 CLAN. BACK TO BACK WARS. 24X7 DONATIONS. NEW PLAYERS ARE WELCOME.”

You can copy this message onto your phone clipboard and paste it in multiple global chats so as to avoid typing it again repeatedly. Keep in mind that there is a character limit on Clash of Clans chats. Try abbreviating your words into common acronyms, or the message will be truncated.

Engage with players that respond to your message. Refrain from begging them to join your clan, because it makes the recruiter seem desperate and not appealing.

Aside from this method, you can also post a longer recruitment message on the Clash of Clans forums, and on other social platforms.

Recruiting people in Clash of Clans can be fun, too. Don’t forget to work hard but play hard and enjoy the journey.
